Payment
All means of payment are accepted, except Diners Club.
Full payment will be due before completion of your course of treatment. Please be prepared to pay towards your treatment with each visit. We can’t accept payment installments after treatment has been completed.
Please discuss any problems regarding payment with the Practice Manager, Alex Pike. The reception staff will not be able to assist you in this matter.
Your treatment plan may allow for a financial compromise. Your dentist will be happy to provide an alternative treatment plan if possible.
Please retain all your payment receipts for your records. A financial statement of your payment history is available on request.
Dental Loans
Loans specific to dental treatment are available at 0% interest rate. Our Practice Manager will be happy to provide you with more information. Terms and conditions apply and the provision of the loan will be subject to status.
Terms and Conditions of Payment
In the absence of prior written agreement to the contrary, payment of our charges is required on receipt of our invoice. Failure to make payment within 28 days of the due date will result in the matter being referred to our debt collection agents whose charges will be added to, and payable with the invoice debt.
